On my day off I decided to seek suggestions for filing in the gap where a wall once stood between two rooms, 3" x 8'. Thinking of creating a design instead of weaving new pieces between rooms. In short, spent more time in car traveling there (short distance) then conversing with sales person(s). Told me my idea would look not look GOOD!!!! what a shame as I walked over to their floor display of pattern designs and said that is what I had in mind. One fellow walks away and other grabs the phone. Like to thank the sales person at Tile Creations by Valerie. Very help with my interest and concerns with flooring issue. Like to thank Luke at Discover Hardwood Floors & Design. Worth the longer trip and bought some flooring.

I recently ordered some flooring from these folks. They have one of the best reputations in Rochester and I had a pleasant experience ordering from them. I had the floor delivered about a month ago and we just got around to installing the floor. I found that we were 6 boxes short of the order I made. So I called them back and let them know I was short. The problem with the situation is that I never counted the boxes when they were delivered (shame on me.) I was supposed to get 25, I got 19, which left me unable to finish the floor. Even though the people at Harman had not reason to believe me since I had signed for 25 boxes and I had no proof other than my word, they got me the 6 extra boxes and are even kind enough to deliver it. I'm very grateful for their customer service. Thank you!

Some of the employees are very helpful. Others not so much. Found the boards to replace a few bad boards in my home. Got some helpful advice, though not on the first try.

Incredibly rude and condescending every single time I went in. Would never purchase from them again.
