We recently installed 2 cork floors. We went to several of Martin's competitors stores. We were surprised how many never heard of cork flooring or floors? The Library of Congress has had cork floors for 100+ years! Anyway, Martins knew exactly what we wanted and they had a fair share of products and styles to choose from. They are not a big box store and their prices reflect this = AFFORDABLE. We purchased 2 different cork tiles and the floors turned out excellent. Visitors are surprised when they walk on our floors and often comment how "soft" under foot they feel. Also there is less of a chance of dishes breaking if dropped. We will continue to use this store and have recommended them to others. Our GC installed the floors which was a first for them and they raved about the easy install and quality of the finished product. So don’t flip your lid… put a cork in it :-).

We recently had flooring replaced in a small study, the upstairs landing, and carpet on the stairs. First let me say that our installers were excellent. On time, personable, efficient. Cleaned up after the job completely. We did have some communication issues along the way which proved to be a bit frustrating. However, having said that, Jody went above and beyond to correct any concerns that we had and make sure things were right. I really appreciate the follow up and customer service we received.

Not sure I can write words which properly convey how we feel about this place but I will try. It is the first time that we had heard of a company being so generous with their products and manpower etc. Because of their abundant and continual outpouring to their community we wanted to give back to them! We needed new flooring for our kitchen and even though we live around 40 minutes away we made it a point to choose them. We were not disappointed. We had such a super experience at this store!! Everyone we spoke to from the first phone call to other people in the store to our salesperson was stellar. They were so professional, knowledgeable and kind. Robert went out of his way to help us, explaining what we would need to lay the floor, the best way to make it look, the right product to install it. We really appreciated his help. Mr. Martin should be proud of the staff he has in place! The showroom had so many choices of different products. It was hard to focus on the one thing we needed! It was a very clean and well organized establishment. If you have a need for flooring at all we HIGHLY recommend Martin's Flooring.

I didn't know where to start when looking for flooring. So many options! A friend recommended Martin's to me and I just stopped in to scope the place out. Robert was very helpful, more helpful than I could have expected. I felt no pressure and didn't buy that day. I returned with my husband, and we walked out with a deal we couldn't refuse! I was very indecisive and had a very limited budget; they were so patient with me! I work in customer service and I would not change a single thing about my experience here. Thank you!
