Great service and turnaround time for the install. The staff was nice and friendly, they tried to work with us to help us be within budget. Great pricing on hardwood and we loved the new look of our living room. I would recommend it to anyone!

We chose Big Bob's Flooring as they were a local company and seemed to have good prices. One of their employees came out to the house and did a "professional" measurement of our room. When it came time to install the carpet, the piece they had cut was to small. Apparently their measurer measured wrong, and on top of that the carpet was a little on the small side from factory (which is hear is normal, but I would have thought they would double check measurements BEFORE installing) Because of this, they could not do a turn and tack on the transition from the bedroom carpet to the hardwood flooring in the hallway. Instead, the installer just tacked it down and left the raw edge. After complaining about the poor install, they offered to either do a seam at the door and do the turn and tack or do a transition strip. Obviously a seam at the door would be visible so we chose the transition strip. They had another installer come out to install that and even though it looks good now, it doesn't seem like it's a solution that will hold up very long because as soon as you put weight on the transition strip you can hear it crack. So even though we got their "professional" to come out and measure our room, and even though we paid to have them do the tack and turn, we still end up with a install job that doesn't satisfy. Do your homework before giving them your business and check other businesses in the area. Plenty of competition out there and there are far better companies to do business with.

I had Big Bob's install carpet and Luxury Vinyl Planks! The LVP was exceptional and looks beautiful in my basement. The process was quick and the installation by Paul Balogh and Adam Evans was exceptional! I could not be more pleased. Tom was my sales person and he was very helpful.

A few weeks ago we had luxury vinyl planks (LVPs) installed by Big Bob's (Lancaster) and could not be happier with the results. Our salesman, George, was very patient with us as we made multiple visits to the store and requested samples of flooring to find the best fit for our home. When we finally decided on the one we wanted they gave an up-front estimate of the cost of the material and flooring installation which was comparable to other local companies. The installers were true professionals and I am glad that I went with them, the floor looks amazing and they had great attention to detail. It took them about two hours to install the 279 sq. ft. of flooring. So far, everyone that has visited my home have commented that the flooring looks great and looks/feels like real hardwood! LVP is a great choice for easy maintenance, durability, and water resistance. So in summary, dealing with Big Bob's was a great experience.
