Staff is always available to answer questions, assist in locating an item and not pushing a sale on something you dont need. Never been disappointed shopping at Home Hardware.

One of the last places in town I'd go to for home hardware. Too expensive, no selection, no help.

I am not sure who these people were that suggested Home Hardware had cheap prices and helpfull service but this has not been my experience and have been a long time customer. They do have good sales and VERY nice products as well as a great looking store but customer service sure needs a reboot. If you need that hard to find hardware item, this is where to go.
