The woman at the customer service desk was very rude. We were looking at new laminate countertops for a bathroom renovation. I took a sample to the desk and asked for a quote - they advised that they don't sell it anymore and recommended that I go to Bob's Kitchen Shop. Based on the fact that they no longer sell the product, I asked if I could take the sample to Bob's Kitchen Shop for reference. The woman looked at me and in a very rude tone asked, " Do ya have a phone?" I replied yes, and quickly returned the sample to its place and left. I feel as though that could have been handled differently.

Great staff and even the owner took time to talk! Prices are comparable and they carry quality products.
