Driving through on our way home to NH and decided to stop here. At first our experience was okay. Until we needed some bolts. The aisle was so unorganized. Took us 20 minutes to get the employee for that department who had no idea where anything was and didn't even offer help finding what we needed in the mess. After an hour we gave up. In the end every single item we found that was in the wrong place, was put on top of the shelf to be put away correctly in hopes to make it easier for the next customer. We decided to go to the Home Depot back home in Concord, NH and guess what, everything was put where it belonged. Took us 10 minutes to select our item. Very sad that I couldn't find what we needed in a fully lit and staffed aisle, but could find a bolt at my local Home Depot during a power outage while using the flashlight on my phone. Only took me ten minutes after the employee showed me where to start. The nut and bolt aisle in Bangor needs a good sweeping or maybe someone to work in that aisle who knows how to organize and stock. The employee we tried to get help from was an older lady with glasses and shorter hair. I asked for her to scan the item we needed and see if they had it in stock out back and she insisted she could not do that. We visited on Sunday July 15, 2018 around 3pm. We pass through Bangor every other weekend and will probably never go back to this Home Depot.

Your website said that the appliance was in stock, but instead only a display model was there. Two weeks for delivery. I went to Lowes and got the same model for the same price. Good job loosing business!

This Home Depot is fairly a new one located on Stillwater ave in Bangor Maine. The store was fairly clean, but there were areas of concern, block aisles, trash on floors and I notice only one safety concern of a exterior door leaning in aisle. I guess old habits or new employees didnt notice this safety issue, which in another Home Depot had a door fall onto a child which resulted in injuries to his face. They did improve the lighting so you dont need flash lights anymore, lol. The ventilation still sucks cause they turn the ventilation system off at closing then back on around 12 or 1 PM. I did walk by 6 employees who fail to ask me if I needed help. Other then that not bad store, but there prices seem to be going up.

I rented a flooring sander, and it worked as advertised.The staff was friendly and helpful. It required a $150.00 deposit which was deducted from my account instantly. When I returned the sander, I was given a credit (on paper) for the deposit. It took 3 days for the money to be credited to my account. I was not pleased.
