A-1 is simply top notch and their professionalism offers peace of mind. From beginning to end, we received excellent service, and felt at ease with the experience and knowledge that the staff provided us. From Kelsey who showed exceptional patience as we chose the type of tile, and clearly explained the process (including the restocking fee) to Steve who was personable, clean, and installed with much care and pride in his workmanship. Yes there were unknown delays with a tile that is not kept in stock, but we are in Customer service, and understand life happens when your depending on other companies to supply, and it's coming from Italy. We were informed in an apologetic timely manner, and kept informed till the tile arrived which truly was much sooner than we anticipated considering. They were more upset about it than we were! We are loving our new floor, and shower tile, and extremely pleased with the end result, and the team at A-1.

Don't waste your time or money. To give you the meat and potatoes of my experience with A1 flooring in St Catharines, is to say that it's the worst ordeal I've had. Ridiculous. Their staff seem friendly, but the store manager treated me like a pest when I went back, to exchange the faulty and inadequate product that was delivered (also late, but I made no qulams). After a fairly lengthy, and silly engagement with the manager, and an offer to "recoup" just over 50% of monies spent, I opted out, and took a FULL loss. Good business ethic you've got over at A1. I'll shop down the road, thanks.

Fantastic service. When other companies were rude or dismissive, Danita was super helpful via phone & email. She let me email her a picture of my flooring to identify the type and grade of flooring I needed to buy. Super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Our company, H. D. Construction Home & Design Inc. along with my design company has been working with Roni Brennan for some time now. It is truly a pleasure to deal with her. She is efficient, very organized, and always goes the extra mile to help us out. Roni is very knowledgeable, and with confidence we can always send our customers and know they are in good hand.

I was more then disappointed with the customer service I received. My husband and I were quoted on our bathroom shower. Material was ordered and the job was to begin at the beginning of December and was to be a 3 to 5 day job! Well that was completely the opposite of what happened. The job didn't start for a few weeks For a million reasons they gave me. And it actually took a few weeks to finish, due to what seemed to me they had bigger more important profitable jobs to do. I would never ever recommend A1 Flooring to anyone ever! My husband and I called numerous times and got a tone of excuses one of which was a second job was started in Kitchener and they had to now complete that one, while my bathroom sat half finished! Miserable customer service!!!!
