I worked there. Only place that ive ever seen that pushes the product so fast that you litterally have to continually throw it in the floor. Too demanding. Not enough pay. I seen one guy i worked with asked for the money he was supposed to make for the job he was doing. They refused. He put in a two week notice and they fired him that day. He worked there a yr. I saw so much wrong with that place

I worked at Mullican Flooring, and I can say it’s the worse job I’ve ever had. “2nd shift think they can do whatever. Be careful drama stirs up so quick there, and you’ll get terminated for nothing. I suggest to never work there.

Denied a Flooring Finish Claim and blamed water and some dirt on the floor as a reason to deny the claim. Here is a copy of the email I sent them: Amber, We respectfully disagree with your inspection report conclusions and point to the terms and condition of the finish warranty. Your company has a legal obligation to cover the finish warranty. The entire argument of inadequate maintenance is totally without merit as the rest of the flooring was maintained in a similar manner through out the house without affecting the finish. So what you're telling us is that if there is any dirt on the floor, your finish warranty doesn't apply. I'm not sure any customer would then be covered by your company's "warranty". I specifically told the flooring inspector the homeowners put the area rug on the affected area to hide the defective flooring as it was unsightly. Which meant that the affected area has been covered by a rug for the last 12-18 months. Further, the defects in the wood flooring were limited to certain areas of the floor space which were treated no differently than other areas of the house in terms of maintenance. If it was lack of maintenance then it should have affected the entire floor not just these two areas. Your company's interpretation of your "warranty" is selective, unsustainable and just plain wrong! You are actually blaming the water they used to damp mop the floor as a reason to deny our claim. Absolutely NUTS! I want you to know that we will be pursuing legal recourse and I do plan on socializing your company's response on Facebook and other building sites on the Internet. It is absolutely ludicrous that you are claiming that in order for your warranty to cover the flooring--- that the flooring has to be maintained in almost surgically clean environment. Again, absolutely crazy! This is a kitchen area where people walk everyday, eat their meals, cook, clean and access the adjoining deck. Your company's warranty does not exclude installing wood flooring in a kitchen area. Your company's warranty advertisement is fraudulent and borders on material representations to buyers of your flooring product. There were many, many customer references on the internet concerning Mullican's substandard, cheap and poorly manufactured work products. Should have known better than to buy this shoddy flooring product at Menards. What a complete consumer RIP-OFF! I will let my blind, physically disabled 75 year old father-in-law know that your company has denied his claim because his recently deceased wife, my mother-in-law who died of cancer on January 1 of this year didn't sweep, vacuum, and mop the wood floor every day!!! I'm sure that will make his day! Here we thought we were dealing with a reputable company but you've proven me wrong. You have a nice day, young lady for representing a company that blames water and dirt for nullifying a 50 year floor warranty claim! Shame on you, your company and Menards!!!

Sadly, they do push the wood where it makes a mess.First step is listening to the employees, I busted my ass to keep that line clean.I did like all my fellow employees and with a couple changes, this place could be a great place to work.I could not continue coming out of work like I fought a war every day.
