I have used GTA Flooring Canada multiple times and they have always exceeded my expectations. Not only is their work clean but their customer service is what amazes me. They did everything to make me happy. Will use them again for flooring and other services again.

Over the years, my family has used GTA Flooring for all our flooring needs. More recently we installed hardwood floors on both levels of our home and have been quite pleased with the quality of flooring. We were impressed with the service provided by the team, their in-depth knowledge about their product along with their ability to put together a package that worked well for our budget. From choosing various styles to alternative flooring options, the team took the time to go over the pros and cons of the many products they specialize in. They seem to have one of the largest selections to chose from making it a one stop flooring shop. Even picked up a few rugs to go with the hardwood in our bedrooms. If you are in the market for renovating your flooring, highly recommend you check out this place for reasonable prices and wide variety.

GTA flooring was contracted to do the flooring on my new build townhome in Scarborough. When we did our PRe delivery inspection, the first thing I noticed about the main floor was the inferior flooring. The materials they use is laughable. Even my 2 year old (25 lb) son creates squeaking noises and vibrates the table nearby whenever he simply walks across the floor to the other side of the room. A worker came over on May 26 to exam the defects, said they would return 2 days later to fix the issues, and they have never returned. Have been trying to contact them to come in and they haven't returned any calls. 2.5 months later and I'm beginning to think they will never come to fix these issues. I implore you to look elsewhere for a more reliable flooring company that will give you much better material and skilled workmanship.
