Tim R. the sales rep. was a pleasure to deal with not just in the store, but he came out to my house to do the measurements as well. Within a few days, Mike came out to pull out my carpet and put in my new carpet across my entire upper level and stairs. The installers were clean, courteous, and most importantly quick. They knocked out my place in about 6 hours. Could not be happier. I can't find the seems, the carpet and underlay are fantastic, and it is easy to clean up spills or puppy accidents. I will contact them again if I decide to do more carpet again.

My experience up until the day my carpet was to be installed was great. I was told the installers would be there between 8am to 10am. At 10:15am I called my salesperson and explained no one come or called. He said he had to call me back and 20 minutes later he called to say there was a "computer glitch" and evidently our name was removed from the delivery list. After many calls back and forth and being told it was not Flooring Gallery's fault the installers finally showed up at 530pm that evening. They were there until 745pm. My husband and I took an entire day off work for no reason. We were putting back our furniture until almost 10pm. I will never go back to this place and I am extremely unhappy with them

Service was very poor, item was supposed to be in stock and it was not. We waited 10 days for our grout (we were told it would be in 4) and we were told by the salesman, "You can still do the floor without the grout." No communication that it would not be in. Very disappointing, we will not be going there again.
