I'm a big fan of Happy Harry's, not sure what has happen this time. I have called twice now to have someone come out to measure my exterior entry door. Still no response

Recently purchased a new door/front entry from Happy Harry's and had it installed by a contractor. After installation I discovered the door had a couple of defects, and I saw some water come through the sidelight during a storm. I emailed Happy Harry's and sent in pictures of what I was seeing. A couple of hours later I received a phone call from the owner. The following weekend the owner personally came to my house, replaced the door, reinstalled the door hardware, and fixed the issue with the sidelight. Honestly I expected that resolving these issues would be painful and would require me "chasing" Happy Harry's to have something done - but instead the issues were resolved quickly and effectively and with a smile. They have definitely earned a repeat customer. Thanks Happy Harry's for the great service!

Excellent staff and good clean location. Much different feel than the box stores. Great prices and also great advice from knowledgeable staff.
