Great experience with Ben, very helpful. He was able to walk me through necessary information for the project I was working on. Would absolutely recommend.

Stay away from Lumbermart for your large orders - like snowblowers. They may have good prices sometimes but the customer service/shipping is atrocious. I have purchased a $2000+ snowblower and it's been almost a month now that they are NOT trying to deliver this to me. They missed 3 pickups already. And I don't mean "missed" as in, they came by and I wasn't home. I mean missed as in, I take time off work to wait for this to come and it never shows up. I call them about it and after getting to the shipping person, they tell me they messed up the schedule. Absolutely ridiculous. This ridiculousness is compounded by the fact that I'm an expert in Logistics, Packing, Shipping, Receiving and Supply Chain Management as that is the field I've been working in for years and am the Head of department. So, I know exactly how this works and SHOULD work but Lumbermart is just a mess in this area. They will be attempting to deliver this for the 4th time, today at 1pm. I will not be at home to receive it since I can't afford another off day and instead have to have my wife there (that works nights and sleeps during the day) dealing with these people...and something tells me they won't be there at 1pm on the dot either so thanks to them she'll lose sleep, they'll piss me off more and god forbid if they don't even show up again.

I visited the store, Talked to Tim about Laminate flooring and exterior doors . He went out of his way to help me, very very helpful and so polite. I bought my new door and laminate flooring and I will be back for sure. Customer service was amazing!!!!!!!.

Our dealings with lumber Mart are very limited, but our experience so far is favourable. Friendly, caring, competent. Hope it continues...
