I have always received nothing but prompt and courteous service in this store. I haven't always been able to get what I wanted due to it not being in stock, but they can usually get it in within a couple of days.

Courteous, helpful staff. Much rather deal with a hometown feel store then Kent's or big box store.

The most useless hardware store and lumber yard, never in stock empty shelves half the time. The Commercial salesman is rude and obnoxiouds. If there was a blue print for failure this store is it.

Would never do business here again ,NO customer service what so ever, no returned calls and the famous "not my fault" even when they do all the ordering. Everything relating to the roof of new building was wrong costing ME a additional $400.00 from rafters to short to metal for roof to long and to much of it. Icing on the cake is they would take none of it back, saying they could not return it, so there the customer pays for their mistakes. The back counter ordered it all and my only mistake was going there to do business! Timber mart down the road is the place to go.
