I found the quality, service and prices to be exceptional. They helped to make sure I didn't purchase the right products and finishes for the job I was doing. I will be back for sure.

Probably one of the worst run businesses I’ve ever been to. I would give zero stars if possible. I came in to check out some flooring and inquired about getting my house measured and the total cost of the job. I was told I had to pay for the estimate and someone would call me within 24-48 hrs, which was fine, the cost of the estimate was reasonable. Fast forward 3 days later, I didn’t hear anything from anyone, so I called the store. They said they would contact someone immediately to give me a call, which was fine. The next day at 10pm, I get a TEXT message, from the guy saying I’m from lumber liquidators and nothing else. I respond back to tell him I paid for an estimate and I would like for him to come by that week if possible to do the estimate. A week goes by and I hear absolutely NOTHING. I called the store and told them what happened and asked for a refund. They tried to make an excuse by saying oh well have someone come out the next day to do the measurement and again NOTHING. Going into week two I called and was like i would like a refund it’s been two weeks for an estimate can I come right now. The man on the phone reluctantly agrees. I get to the store, the Manager tells me he doesn’t know how to do a refund and to come back the next day. He then goes on to say if you want I can send someone tomorrow. I told him, if it takes you two weeks to send someone after I’ve called 3 times then imagine how long a 2 or 3 day job will take. When I came back in for a refund the Manager and associate were extremely rude and when they asked for the person I was dealing with ended up going “oh it’s him again” I don’t understand how a company like this can employee such a useless contractor, even after this isn’t the first incident. Text messaging a customer I find is a bit unprofessional. Another thing that blows my mind, how does a manager not know how to do a refund? I have worked in retail and every manager I’ve worked with is the main person to deal with the refunds. I cannot speak for the other locations but this location is absolutely lousy. They lack professionalism, customer service and competence.

I went in today to look for flooring to replace my current hardwood. I did some shopping around but the service, I received was exceptional. The gentleman that helped me was Fred and he took his time explaining the difference between the flooring, price, quality, installation, delivery. I had many questions and am not handy so he took his time explaining in language I can understand. I still haven’t decided on the floor and did not buy, he advised to call him or drop by if I had further questions. I really appreciated Fred’s patience and knowledge. By far he was the best from all the other places I have visited. Thanks very much Fred, really appreciate the time you took today to help me. You were awesome

Shout out to Sam and Fred - we have fantastic customer service in LL in Mississauga. They are professional and very helpful in guiding us to choose the right flooring for our family and hallway. LL has a wide variety of flooring to choose from and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.
