Wow! WHAT A DIFFERENCE

I met Rikki when he was doing an carpet install at the company I work for. I asked him for a quote for the building that I manage part-time. The price was fair and reasonable so we accepted. His installers were friendly and quick. The did a 12 unit bulding in two days. Carpet looks great! They also installed sound reducing under pad so that the restaurent below wouldn't hear the tenants as the go up and down the stairs. The sound insulation even was noticable in the hallway. I'm so impressed with the new lookand the professional service. They were detail oriented and cleaned after thenselves. Had we chosen a red color for the carpet you might have thought that the Queen was coming for dinner. Great job guys. Thank you. I would highly ecommend Decor Floors for home , commercial and decoratings needs. -Michael

BUYERS BEWARE! We bought a high end floor from this company. When we had it installed, we noticed that any drop of liquid was staining the floor and it looked terrible. My husband works in construction and had someone that specializes in flooring come to our house to look at it. They stated that the flooring had been sitting in a warehouse for a long time and the floor was dried out. When we contacted the company about the problem, we got the run around. They were not interesting in working out a solution and we are still dealing with the problem to this day. This has been a total nightmare and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through all the trouble that we’ve been going through.

Warning this company's installers are completely unqualified. My hardwood installation is a mess with gaps and scratches. They had to redo one of the rooms and still it's an embarrassment. Crown moulding a mess with multiple cracks. Worst contractor ever.

Be Careful. Do not trust what they tell you! Went to the Mississauga location and purchased Cobalt hardwood by Satin Floors. I was told it was their number one seller. I had 4 extra boxes and when I called to return it they said it was a Final sale and it was a clearance price. no where on my bill of sale does it say no refunds or its a clearance price. The cobalt line is an end of line hardwood as my installer was telling me there were minor inconsistencies in the widths of the wood and some wood was damaged in the box.

Small basement job - less than 200 sq ft. - floating floor. Order Measurements were very tight - the installers had to use scrape underlay halfway through the job. Transition strips were generic size - not specific to actual floor height. Also used PL adhesive to secure transition strips - no under tracking - hope it holds up over time. Installation should have taken 4 hours max, however the installer and his helper took extreme breaks - video games, long lunch, and napping. Luckily I happen to be an experienced crew leader on construction sites working with inexperienced crew. So after 5 hours of little progress, I took over and directed the installers on how to complete the job (9 hours after starting). The overall workmanship was about DIYer level, I'm sure I would have done better, as I would have measured and ordered correctly, as well as using the correct size transition. We used this company, because the previous owners (didn't know at the time - new owners) did a great job on our hardwood floors. If you buy the materials from this place, I highly recommend the installation be either do-it-yourself or find qualified reputable installers.

Visited Brampton store and bought laminate floor. They got some good variety. Good pricing too. So far happy with what I bought.
