Many thanks for doing a perfect flooring job. We had two staircases and an upper hallway carpeted plus two bathrooms finished with vinyl flooring. The carpet looks amazing and the vinyl floors look like distressed concrete, very edgy! The price was extremely good for everything. Gopal was very helpful with finding our selections and was very courteous. The two installers worked tirelessly throughout the day with very much care to our home and their work. We are delighted and will return when we have future projects that need flooring.

Prompt and efficient service from selecting carpet to installation process, with great pricing. My husband and I just moved into our home recently and wanted carpet replaced in the basement as well as 3 small sets of stairs. We dealt with Gopal, the owner at this location. He came by himself to do the measurements and was very good to work with. Installers were pleasant and quick and we were very pleased with the results....thank you Gopal!

I had a lovely young salesman who has a good eye for colour and was able to pick some beautiful flooring for my home. The two installers were professional, quick and did an awesome job. When I called the store with inquires, the other sales rep whom I’d never spoken to before, knew exactly what was going on with my order! I also really liked that when we agreed upon a date to measure and install, these dates were fulfilled as agreed upon and this is important in my books. Thank you Gopal and team for a positive experience.

Very pleased with customer service, efficient and courteous sales and and installation, fair pricing. It's a refreshing change to deal with a trades company that is so competent and understands the meaning of customer care. Re: sales make sure you deal with the owner he makes things happen, one of the employees in the sales staff was utterly useless and lazy.

Our dealings with Gopal at "End Of The Roll" in Orangeville, on both occasions that we have dealt with him have been smooth. This recent installation was completed quickly an well by his crew, who were all pleasant to deal with.
