Ms

This was my first time at a source flooring store and I was truly impressed by the products available. The sale person was very nice and the young man who delivered my purchase to the car was also pleasant. I will consider my future purchases be at the same store

I decided the move from carpet to hardwood was long overdue, but I wasn't sure where to start. I had checked the "Home renovation" big box stores, which left me somewhat more anxious. Then, as I was driving one day, I heard a radio commercial for Source Flooring, and decided to check it out. Wow, what a selection, and great pricing as well. And Candice was amazingly helpful. She recommended one of their "go to" installers named Sam, and am I ever glad she did! He and his crew were very professional, and meticulous! The overall experience was overwhelmingly satisfying. I would recommend them to everyone.

Extremely poor customer service! No one there to help you with design or choosing tiles. Everyone knows that you need a sample to take home because the lighting and your colours are different than at the store. The manager told me that they do not sale or give out free samples to take home. Buy a box and you can not even return it. WOW Take a photo he said. REALLY??!!! What planet are you from? Like a photo on a 3x2 inch smart phone going to show you a lot. Oh by the way your phone camera also has colour variations. Anyway, if you know exactly what you are buying go right a head, otherwise don't waste you time. I miss the old staff who were helpful and worked with the customer.

I have been in Source Flooring quite a few times in the last 5 years. All of the sales reps that I have encountered in the store were kind and polite with me. I have always been greeted with smiles and "can I help you with something? " questions. When my response was "no thank you I'm just browsing" the response was "no problem", "take your time" and "I'll be here if you need help or have any questions". Even when they didn't have what I was looking for they were not rude about it. This last time that I was there I found exactly what I wanted and they even helped me load the tile into my car (even though my very capable husband was with me). I will definitely shop there again in the future. The price was great and the service for me was awesome. This is for the person who thinks that the positive reviews are from employees: I am not and never have been an employee of the company. Simply a satisfied customer.

BUYER BEWARE - THEY HAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS REMOVED! I'm going to echo exactly what JOHN PRICOP said in his review below. A number of months ago Source Flooring had a very low review rating and had almost entirely one star reviews. To every single review, the owner would reply to the reviewer and completely harass them ON THEIR PUBLIC REVIEW! It was astounding, I told all my friends and family to check it out because I had never seen anything like that before. Now, just as John pointed out in his review, all the bad reviews and harassment from the owner have disappeared! Source Flooring now has a much higher review score after they had all their negative reviews removed. BUYER BEWARE - people hate this place, but they can't stand negative feedback so they have all their negative reviews deleted it seems. I will make some posts around town to try and get people to re-review them.

I always shop around to at least three stores. Source Flooring has always had the best prices for what I wanted. And the installers that they recommended worked out perfect. My son just purchased hard wood from Source Flooring for his new house. He’s a teacher so you know he shopped around! And he was thrilled as well. I highly recommend them!
