Comfi is a customer service first company! Even though my wife and I may have called them back and forth quite a few times they were nothing short of outstanding in dealing with us. Very friendly and down to earth no matter who we spoke with. They came and did our carpet repair job very professionally and the results were amazing. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great carpet for excellent value. They installed carpet into my whole second floor plus staircase in a day. Their removal rates are extremely competitive (under $300). We received quality carpet, premium pad and coverage for 3 large bedrooms, hallway and staircase for under a very affordable rate. Mike(?) was very kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I would definitely come back here when I need carpet again.

Amazing staff! Lisa and Nora made this such a pleasant experience for us during our stressfull move. The quality , variety and prices are very reasonable. Most of all these ladies went above and beyond to make things convenient for us. Will always go back here for carpets. Thank you!

Paid $8000 to have the carpet redone in our house. Through the process, we picked a carpet that’s we liked and decided to proceed. On the day of install, one of the workers spilt their coffee on the new carpet and we had to ask them to come back and clean it, which they did 3 weeks later. Second, after one year, the carpet started the ‘roll’ and lift in many area around the house, they came and attempted to fix it and put minimal effort into doing so. Now again, it’s still lifting in many areas and they will not warranty their work and want to charge us for the repair, which is their own wrong doing. Would not recommend this company as once you pay and they install, they don’t warranty their work.

I was really excited to get my condo upgraded to laminate flooring Aug 2017 as i finally saved up enough money to have this done. I chose Floors by Comfi as they did my inlaws floors. They first booked me in and i had nobody show up the day I took off work to have floors installed. I spoke to the owner Joe and he apologized that no one wrote my appt down in the books. He then made an appointment and told me that Trevor would be coming. The day of, he was over an hour late. He took all day to install floors and by the end of the day when it was getting late I could tell he wanted to leave and was really rushing to get it done. After it was done i was really happy with how it looked...UNTIL we started noticing the fine details. (see photos- glue showing, the shoe moulding looking terrible, bad cutting and piecing together, spaces between the corners and floor - replace the bedroom trim with a more heavy duty trim like in the bathroom doorway. Also he said he would fill in the big space between our floor and patio door. It is trapping a whole lot of dirt and grime being open and not filled in!! ) I sent emails complaining that i wanted it redone, and 1 year later eventually Trevor came back and fixed some things but said he had to come back and fix the rest as he did not have the materials with him. It's been 2 years of me waiting for the repairs and I now receive an email, not a phone call saying quote "Trevor has given us his notice that he no longer wants to have our work given to him. At his request, I have no communication with him. Unfortunately I do not know what the moulding is that he used for the one area or why he left a gap. I cannot find anyone who is able to go to your place and fix the issues. Here is Trevor's cell phone so that you can contact him directly" I find this unacceptable as a business to not find someone else to come and fix the floor repairs. Customer Service is NIL as they send emails and do not call you on the phone after I have have asked numerous times for the owner to call me. So now I am left with a condo to sell and my floor needing repairs to be fixed. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of responsibility of repair regardless if that employee has left the company. Find someone else to do it in your company.
