Went in to get carpet samples for stairs and vinyl plank samples for a hallway and closet. Shane was very helpful and provided a few samples for both. I was told there was a $25 deposit for taking samples which would be returned when the samples were returned. I explained I would need someone to come and measure and I was willing to set a day and time. Shane walked me over to his desk and proceeded to come up with a quote for both jobs with estimates used from pictures I took of the areas in question. His price was 2 1/2 times higher than a competitors quote I received. He also mentioned that I needed 1/4" subfloor added for the installers to glue down the vinyl. Which is not true. He explained if I wanted the job done right it was going to cost this much. No thank you! What a waste of my time.

Very hit and miss store. Depending on the sales staff you get your experience can vary wildly. If they don't have something in stock they will also charge you 60$ to order it in. They don't carry many of the basic install items you may require as well like tile trim strips. Their selection of tile is descent. Their flooring and carpet selection are better. They have almost no selection of stone.

Friendly staff members, when you walk in here it smells like new carpet, which I don't mind. Went here looking for tile, they had an okay selection, but didn't find one that I liked. The staff was nice and mentioned two other stores to take a look at for tile. They do have a good selection of Carpet and laminate flooring, perhaps a few others also but didn't look into it.
