I've never had a company try so hard to help me! Laurie is the most incredible human, who worked tirelessly with me through a horrible insurance claim. When I tried to pick carpet that was too expensive and was unsuitable for a finished basement, Laurie suggested a more reasonable product that would better suit my needs. Who does that nowadays? Laurie and the staff have been exceptionally patient with me during my harrowing insurance ordeal and have been accommodating on more levels than I can list here. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with this company, and I have been singing their praises from the rooftops since. I have 2-3 people looking for flooring and I have given them abundant reasons for choosing Tile and Carpet One!

Best customer service and quality. 15 year old tiled shower needed repair. Repairs were done 2 days after I called. Looks new and cost was very reasonable.

Joe is the best sales guy that i've met. We got multiple floors, carpet and area rugs in different ocassions and we have nothing to say except that it was a great experience. Installation fees are very cheap compared to big retailers.
