I came here looking for outdoor lights to replace my aging ones and a remote controlled ceiling fan. There was an excellent selection to choose from for both products. The store is just huge, navigating it is easy due to the easily seen signage in store. There is lots of parking available, with plenty of accessible spots too. The doors to the store are the fancy automatic kind that whoosh open for you. The staff were friendly helpful and very knowledgeable.

Has beem more difficult to get help from staff due to fewer staff on the floor. Most helpful staff I have met there is a fellow named Ron Gibbs. They have a good garden centre. Subway restaurant on site handy for a quick bite.

I have been a Lowe’s customer for almost 5 years. Their staff, service and follow up are exemplary. The staff and assistant manager rock! I will always use Lowe’s. Good service is hard to find today. A valued customer. 😊

Came here after Home Depot was out of lattice. The good news was Lowe's had lots in stock, but almost all the pieces had chunks broken off the corners. But I got them anyway. Then spent what seemed like FOREVER in the contractor line up waiting to check out. I can't understand what was so complicated that every single transaction had to take SO long. They should have benches in the check out line to have a nap while waiting.

Allow me to preface this by saying I've been in thousands of big box hardware stores all around the world, from Addis Ababa to Zagreb. Nowhere else have I encountered such helpful staff as Sean and Will in the Lowe's Kingston appliance department. The service they provide goes beyond what is expected or even necessary for a salesperson to provide to their customer. A comparison would be the care and affection provided to a cub by it's momma bear, nuzzling and soothing it through the long winter. If I had twenty four hours left to live I would spend eighteen of them in this store because they are conveniently open from 6am to 10pm on weekdays. Ambient music can be a little loud in certain parts of the store.
