We did a job for these guys. A 3 wall shower with a triple niche and a floor, worth almost a thousand $. I was there with my girlfriend and my dad 5 days doing it and they refused to pay us because the tiles they provided were chipped, we installed what we got to work with. We ran out of tiles and they provided more chipped tiles to install, so we did. It was right before Christmas and my car had just broken down right after, leaving me out of work for 2 months + because they didn't pay up. Been waiting since late November. It's February 23 now. I knew the clients were friends of someones from the store and they kept putting blame on us saying we dented their tub etc. so this job was probably a set up to be done for free all along. We have pictures of the entire job completed and the clients address. The client can soon expect a law suit filed and have a nice surprise when they get the news. We didn't waste our time doing hard manual labor and use our gas and time for free. If it's still the job we did that's up in their bathroom, they will have to pay up. We expect our payment ASAP. My dad accepted one more job after and they cut $400-$500 off his cheque without notice, reason or anything. They screwed us twice in a row and we aren't slave workers. They have horrible clients and expect everything to be done cheap or (free) in this case because they decided to provide us with garbage quality tile. Yet they profit like crazy. I work for two other companies for years now without a single complaint. This is ridiculous. A sure road to failure ahead for these guys. They'll lose their workers and clients with the way they operate. All three of us were there to witness a job well done with garbage quality tile. These guys better not have the nerve to call any of us for more jobs or questions and their clients should have enough dignity to mail out our $ owed.

We had Bryston Flooring complete our new shower. It turned out beautiful! The staff were extremely helpful with putting the colours together. Great quality of work. Highly recommend.

This company is a joke from start to finish. From when you walk in and deal with a loud obnoxious woman, to kids playing on their computers all day each time you walk in. The service is just awful and slow. Not only did we have to wait FOREVER for our materials to arrive at the store so they could start our floor, but after they did, they ran out of materials because apparently they don't know how to do a proper estimate. That held us back even longer. We weren't able to return extra materials for a refund after the fact. They're also way over priced compared to other places. The rest of our home got done by another company who were shocked when we told them how much our mediocre floor cost. If you want to deal with a bunch of people with no knowledge, who over price you then go to Bryston. Otherwise save yourself the extra money, headaches and time and go to real professionals.

We had Bryston do our entire main floor in engineered hardwood. The installers were very friendly and worked really hard to get our job done on time. When they ripped out the old flooring they found some unexpected surprises. The installer Ben had to replace a damaged sheet of subfloor and sand down some of the edges of the subfloor. They took alot of pride in their work and didn't take shortcuts, we are very happy we choose Bryston. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do hardwood or any other flooring Thanks Bryston :)
