Dragona Flooring

I was inquiring about removing carpeting and placing laminate flooring down, after calling the store, the worker was happy to create and email several different quotes to me. There were some varying factors about my quote and I had a couple follow up questions. When I called back, I got the same worker who was very tentative. I was very happy with how she handled things so far and how thorough her quotes seemed to be. That is when the good experience ended. I was happy to move forward, and I sent a reply email to the quotes email, asking what the next steps were as I wanted to schedule the project for March 1st. She replied offering an in-home quote. I let her know what times worked for me, and she offered a 2 hour window between Monday-Friday 9am to 3pm. I responded via email to advise her that I was at work during those times but was happy to send pictures, and measurements of each area. She did not respond to this email. After a few days, I called the store again, I knew it was the same associate but I introduced myself again and she told me she remembered who I was. I started explaining my email response, advising that I could not accommodate to the quote times and she cut me off to tell me she couldn't really help me anymore. She told me she did all she could at this point, and recommended that I send an email with pictures and measurements to another worker, she provided his email and let me know he specifically dealt with flooring. She also advised me she filled him in on my inquiries and our previous conversations already so he was expecting my email. I sent him an email right away advising him that I was happy to move forward even if the quotes could vary slightly. It has been over a week and I have yet to hear from either of them. I have decided to take my business to another company who puts their customer's a little bit higher on their priority list instead of needing to be emailed and called daily to respond.

Great place to buy flooring material. They have a huge selection of hardwood and laminate flooring. Excellent customer service

buyer beware installers take short cuts when installing final trim pieces than when they break the company says the work is only guaranteed for one year but we be happy to send a installer to fix the issue. The cost will be 200 to 300 dollars. In response to your comment yes you offered free reducer trim since you realised your install used the wrong trim piece in this situation which took me an hour to install maybe you should get your facts correct and pay me the 200 dollar for my time and expenses to do your installers job correctly
