My wife and I purchased hardwood flooring, vent covers, spindles and posts for our stairs from Bella Flooring in Nov. 2018. We were very satisfied with the service from everyone there. They were always courteous, willing to go the extra mile and their pricing was excellent. The installation was great and we would highly recommend them for all of your flooring and railing needs. If we ever have a project again in the future, we would not hesitate to use them again.

They do not stand behind their product. I was given the run around for availability and lived in a half finished home. The floor chips just by walking on it. Had them come out and inspect the flooring and they blamed everyone except the product. They promised they would help resolve the issue and I still have not heard anything

Don’t deal with this guys. I bought 21 box of laminate and when start to work they were different laminate and when I try to change it they charged me extra and they didn’t accept their mistake. I was stuck because I was half way done and I paid extra to contractors for their extra time spending on the job site. DONT DEAL WITH THEM PLZ.

Great experience dealing with Bella. Sutha and his helper were polite, on time, VERY precise with their work and had a vacuum attached to their saw to cut down on dust. They did not leave giant gaps around door frames which gives a clean and professional look to the finished floor. Louie was also very helpful in the process throughout. Thank you.
