It was really time saving experience working with Advance Flooring right from start to finish. The entire process took around 2 weeks. They provide very good advice which helps to make decision for the first time. Price was very reasonable. Great custom service, excellent response time, very professional.

If I could give this place a zero I would!! We got the floors and installation with them and pay additional money for subfloor inspection and wall trims which include quarter rounds supply painted white. First off, I had to call them as they left the quarter rounds unpainted! When I spoke with the rude owner, Alan he made it seem like it’s normal to leave it unfinished ! Second, we paid additional fees for level inspection so tell me why when the installer discovered one of the rooms was unlevel decide to put the hardwood on anyways! Not only that they decide to cut the door because with the uneven floors it no longer fits. STAY AWAY !! SHADY and rude! NEvER AGAIN!!

Ridiculous return service experienced, total order paid $1457.25, return fee total charge $545.24! according on company return policy is 15% restocking fee charge only, but this company don't care, still add additional 10% more for the return, shipping cost of $50 + 3% more of credit card fee not just it, all the fee * 13% TAX ! STAY AWAY from this company !!
