No customer service. I am a 61 yr old woman and needed help getting an 80 pound bag of concrete. Since nobody was at the building supply customer service desk I went to the other one where 3 employees were hanging around talking to one another. Asked for help and she said she would send someone. I waited ...... and waited .... and waited. Finally I asked a customer to help me. Once I got thru the one register that was open I asked for help with in my car. He called for someone so I brought my car up to the door. My cart was there but nobody to help. Again I waited. Finally another customer took pity on me and helped me. The next day I needed some bags of sand and went to Home Depot - totally different experience! I was actually asked if I needed help without having to search for it. A staff member loaded my car with a cheerful friendly attitude. From now on I will only go to Home Depot.

I am consistently frustrated by the complete lack of helpful staff at this place, and today was no exception. I waited at the "Customer Service" desk for five minutes while two Lowe's employees ignored me (because apparently the computer screens they were staring at were far more important than making any eye contact with me or acknowledging my presence). When David finally deigned to aim his vacant stare in my direction, he was completely ill-equipt to answer my basic questions: "Do you sell Armor All or similar car cleaning products?" David: "How do you spell that?" Me: "Do you sell shop lights?" David: "What's that?" After explaining, he pulled out his phone to check his Lowe's app. Just one of many examples. Avoid this place if you want to actually have a pleasant and successful shopping experience.

I first met Lynne while I was looking for another shrub . she gave a lot of options, with suggestions. Very knowledgable! Then while in store Monday, I chose a soil , then realized that my purse was missing! She was compassionate & stayed with me until purse was found. Thank you Lynne!

I can't tell you how many times I've gone into this store to see no checkout aisles open except for the self-checkout. It's infuriating. Sometimes self checkout is great, but there are other times where having an actual cashier is a must. I also had to wait outside the store for a propane exchange for quite a while. I go into the store to remind them I was out there waiting, and that prompted someone to finally come out to unlock the tanks.

A generally good store, but nothing is particularly special about this one. I would say as Lowe's shops go, the selection at this one is intermediate, and there's plenty of good products. I do wonder a little bit about some of the brand choices the store makes. A little more attention to variety of products in terms of particularly high quality and useful products in certain areas would be helpful. For example, stocking something like the Knipex pliers wrench would be really helpful, and there's really no equivalent product there (the closest thing there is a Kobalt product which has some of the benefits, but it's definitely not the same.) Some of the electrical tools are quite expensive, but they're not necessarily considered the highest quality brands for the price.
