It would be nice if Lowe's would actually train their employees. Spent 20 minutes at a checkout with the cashier trying to figure out what window I was trying to buy. Just another reason why I typically buy any major builds from Kelly lake or Evans

Literally the worst customer service I've ever received. Took 45 minutes just to apply for a credit card, while we were in the middle of our transaction the employee helping us just started dealing with other customers and/or standing around ignoring us without communicating anything to us. We waited about 15 minutes until finally asking what was happening and he told us the application was on hold for some reason but he didnt know why. He then finally asked for help from another worker who told him he needed to call the Lowe's customer service line. He waited another 10 minutes before doing this again without communicating anything to us. The three employees then stood around talking and continued to ignore us. It took another hour for us to actually be able to buy our appliances because there was only 1 employee caring for that section, but at least he was friendly and communicative.

It's not often I am impressed with this store. Been in here a few times to look around at what they got and no one acknowledges you. Especially If you are a female in the flooring dept. I go to this store for Subway and that's it. Lowe's does carry a nicer display of lights than Home Depot but Depot has stepped up their game. Hardly any staff in this store either. I'll go orange instead.
