I was in the Woodhaven store on 5/17/18 at about 12:30p.m. I was in the garden center. A large dog approachwd me and jumped up on me. It was nose to nose with me. I was startled and frightened. This is why I hate Lowe's dogs in the store policy. There is no practical reason for this policy. When I contacted the store, they apologized but did not compensate me. I wanted financial compensation in the form of a twenty dollar gift card, so that Lowe's would seriously consider my feeling and reevaluate their animal policy. Support animal are one thing, but the dog that jumped on me wasn't one, because they are well trained not to jump.

This store is very nice and clean... They have a vast amount of products at pretty good prices... But customer service here is horrible... I've spent $900 in the last 3 weeks and both times I wanted a little bit of help with my purchases and both times nobody was really around while there's a lot of people were standing around and I got very little help and when I did get help they were very smart ass about it made me feel like I'm a burden on them... this is not what retail stores need to be nowadays with Amazon really unfortunately... I'm not saying I need help in 3 seconds you know under 5 minutes would be nice but they really don't seem like they care whether they please you or not or you buy anything... Probably not a big surprise but I guess customer service is an art and it's no longer in our society

I find the help at this store worthless. Hard to find stuff. Always have 3 employees hanging out in a single area instead of spreading out. I can see why folks default to Amazon so often. Where were those wheelbarrows after all?

Bought an oven to be delivered to one of our rental houses Gave them all the details of where to deliver and it never showed up. Called them 2 different days and they finally figured out that when cashier rang it up she put that we were taking it with and not delivery. Then they call.at 7am that they are on the way so I wake up my tenants and THEN I see them pull up to one of my other houses across three street from where we live. Instead of looking at the original order they just delivered it to.the last house we had something delivered to If I had not been across the street they would have taken it to wrong house and taken away a fairly new oven to be scrapped. This has been nothing but a night mare

So far so good. Great customer help in person and chat line. I'll know more after delivery and installation. Very satisfied. They sent contractor Gary from Quality Installation, he was professional and kind. I had moldy floor under dishwasher,bad. He told me what to do,it took me 2days, but he was right and came right back and put it in. I was so upset and he was a pleasure to work with. Now I'm very satisfied. Also had a difficult screen door installed through Lowe's a few years back,that was/is beautiful.
