I went to this location with little hope that I would be able to find a generator with the high demand. I went to another home improvement store and didn't even get acknowledged. I decided to make one last stop. Lucky for me I ran into Chris (didn't get his last name). He helped me get a generator that would do what I needed and even helped find the correct 220 cord I needed. Great customer service, I've got my new location to go to from now on. Thank you, customer service is everything!

I purchased a washer and had to settle because we needed it ASAP and the one we wanted couldn’t be delivered for almost a week. (That wasn’t a big deal to us) but because we needed it sooner we purchased a different one and had it delivered. They were very quick with delivery and setup. However after a day or so we noticed the washer wasn’t doing a proper spin cycle. Given that it was only a few days old we decided to try returning to upgrade to the original one we wanted. They allowed us to keep this one until the new one arrived but the new washers price had gone up within the few days. Not only did they honor the price but also gave additional off for our troubles. I wasn’t expecting this but it definitely helped out. Jesse and Brittany in appliances were very helpful and friendly. This experience definitely re-established confidence in Lowes.

Went here twice recently, both experiences with pretty awful employee interactions. Two employees blocking the main aisle way talking, unaware of customers around them, may as well have been invisible. Surely they saw someone coming with their hands full (I was definitely visible in their peripheral vision) yet still had to come to a complete stop and say excuse me without so much as a "sorry", saying hi, asking if I need any help, etc. Three employees total in that area. Closed down lawn & garden registers at 6:55 when obviously that's not a normal time to shut down, 5 employees total there and all ignored me when I asked to clarify if the register was closed, no one looks in my direction, no eye contact, no interaction. Only came back the second time because of a product. Again, a very large amount of employees on the floor but customers may as well be invisible. Seems like the whole staff could use more training in customer service. As a customer, when you enter in a good mood, excited about projects that you're shopping for and leave never wanting to shop there again, that's pretty bad. We'll stick with Home Depot.

First time homeowner, and not a super handy guy. We needed to replace the driveway gate and thought we had the measurements right. Well, we didn't. So we took the gate back and met Crystal from the gardening department. She is down to earth and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have plans to do a lot more outdoor work and we will definitely be back. Shout out to Crystal, thank for the help!!!

Found help from an older employee who was smart enough to use his smartphone to help me sort through all the LED options. Sorry I didn't get his name, good Customer Service. Went downhill fast at Self Checkout, scanned my two items, paid with credit card and then the screen said processing. Took some time to get Stephanie attention in charge of Self Checkout to realize my station was locked up. Stephanie said she can help, scanned my items again and stood there looking at me like I am holding her up and finally said well? I asked well what? I need your credit card. Told her I've already paid, look at the screen which is still locked up! She makes a call and asked can't get here sooner? Stephanie walks over to fellow employees and in a complaining voice says; I don't care, no matter what I am out of here at 9:30! Comes back to me and said I am getting out as soon as I can! Me too! She keeps complaining numerous times?; they lock everything up so we can't do anything! Finally Mike shows up and finds my receipt was jammed inside the printer. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting, would have left everything but I had already paid! NO ONE APOLOGIZED TO ME for the problem or my time wasted!
