We would like to thank Mike for helping us with our flooring purchase. He was able to give us an education about the different types of flooring available as well as the pros and cons of each. Installation was smooth and the finished rooms look better than we hoped. I would definitely recommend Michael's Flooring!

We purchased a vinyl plank floor from Mike. The product and the installation are good, with one exception. We had a misunderstanding about levelling a hump in a doorway. That is an honest mistake. However, when I requested a solution, I was told that I would need to pay for the levelling, even though I understood it to be in the orginal price. The expensive installation was completed in three hours, which seemed to be rushed, but that didn't deter me. However, having said that, when I suggested that I wasn't going to pay more, and that I would get back with Mike to let him know my next steps, he hung up on me. Rather unprofessional on both counts, that is placing the misunderstanding on the customer to resolve, with more money, and then hanging up the phone on the customer. The misunderstanding would have created a score of 4 in this rating system for me. The hanging up of the telephone bumped him down to a 2. I am soon to replace flooring in my home, and will look to other companies.

Staff was busy, but helpful. Michael came in and was very personable, knowledgeable and offered various options to address my budget concerns. My experience here was much better than other locations I visited (where staff was more preoccupied with the soccer game on TV). I will definitely keep them in mind for my flooring needs.

Excellent service . Michael listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. The carpet installers were courteous and did a beautiful job. My basement looks wonderful.
