In a place that is is so large I was amazed that when I went in to get a simple package of box cutter blades the associate that I spoke with pointed them out to me within seconds. I was able to get them at a good price I used the self checkout and was in and out within 5 minutes. Again my type of shopping experience quick and easy. They carry basically everything.

I was treated with great disrespect from Nathan and Julie from the Allen Park, Mi. store. My wife and I returned a ceiling fan that didn't work to the Allen Park store. The service desk had a hard time issuing a refund to our American Express card so we opted for in store credit. I used the in store credit a few times including at the Allen Park store for small purchases. Last night I presented my in store credit card and ID for a small purchase, I was asked who Cindy was. I told them my wife, same last name. Julie said you can't use her card. I asked for the manager, Nathan. After a 10-15 minutes he arrived and sided with Julie. I asked why the store credit wasn't issued in both of our names and why I was able to use it several times before. Nathan told me that whomever let me use it before should be disciplined. I offered to call my wife so they could verify her ID number but they declined. Basically, I was treated like a criminal. I will NEVER shop at the Allen Park store. In closing, if they EVER offer you in store credit, decline it and ask for an E-Gift card. I am also calling corporate so they know how to handle this type of situation better in the future.

The staff there were very helpful. They helped me to find exact item I was looking for by walking all the way on other side of the store and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Self checkout was easy for billing and there was another staff there who helped me to get the required discount I was supposed to get on the item I bought.

They are always friendly and nice. Employees at this location go above and beyond to help you. If they cant find it on the shelf they will go get it else where or order it & guess what they ALWAYS have coffee!💃💃

(Allen Park, Michigan) The only reasons why I went there in the first place... I need and was looking for A particular part called (seats and springs, also, called stem kit repair) for my bathtub faucet and to my surprise they don't carry faucet repair parts and kits... What! How's it you're A major home repair store and don't carry small parts like this, you can't be serious! What A waste of my time... Oh! And by the way they don't even carry O-Rings parts either, you are better off going to your local hardware store, you will find what you need there! There's A lack of customer service at this particular store, if I was you avoid at all cost and find another Home Depot, Lowe's and even A Menards at least they will treat you better!
