Went to the store to return an item and had the wrong receipt. The cashier was able to do it with using my debit card to look it up. Very nice

People are very nice and helpful, but seems like nobody there knows what's really in the store.

Great store. The lumber is hit or miss.

The first issue that I had was with some island lights I ordered. After waiting longer than expected to get them, I called customer service and I was informed that the order had been cancelled (by Lowe's) because the lights were unavailable . A phone call would have been nice to let me know. If I had not called them, I would still be waiting. Second issue : had them deliver a range exhaust hood. The one they delivered was damaged AND it wasn't even the same one that we had ordered. We had to return it to get the right one. Third issue: and the most important one, we ordered our kitchen appliances there. We were given three different dates for delivery, finally tomorrow is the day we have been waiting for. We got an email confirming the delivery date .They are coming between 8 & 12 NOT !!!!!!!!! we just got a call (after getting an email yesterday to confirm) telling us the appliances we ordered on July 11th are on back order and we will have to wait a couple of more weeks. Guess what, WRONG again !!! You can keep them, we will shop elsewhere . .

Associate Richard that 'helped' us was a complete jerk. Almost had me pull my own exterior door out of the rack, didn't offer to carry the door and told me "If I wanted a cart, they were around the corner." Told customer service about it. Hope he gets a much needed attitude adjustment. Have always had a great experience until today.
