We purchased Pale Ale laminate wood flooring for our living room, dining room and hallway, Capri Basalt vinyl tile flooring for our front entrance and an area rug for the living room. Dustin, Floor Expert was a huge help in picking the right colours and designs for our home. Ian and his crew of installers from Superior Flooring did an excellent job of laying the laminate, vinyl tiles and quarter-round. We couldn't be happier with the final results. Thank you End of the Roll!

I am a small contractor who is always very busy. I purchased $4500.00 of laminate flooring to do the floor in my own home. All the product was kept in my basement but do to not having time to install it I had the product for 4 months before installing. I finally got around to doing the floor and had approximately $300.00 worth of perfectly good product that was not needed. When I asked if I could return it, the answer was flat out NO!. I was a little disappointed because I have always recommended to my clients to shop at End of the Roll, but now I will not be referring any one. Its too bad that $300.00 would end a decent relationship. Home Depot would have taken the product back, so I will be shopping there now.

We just had the 2 1/4 inch hardwood floor in the Ash installed and it’s beautiful beyond words. Also new carpet in basement and stairs. It was done by professionals who take pride in their work. It’s gorgeous. Thank you so much

Jack and Sylvio are awesome! They are SO friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect rug for our new home :) the store has incredible selection, the prices are considerable with great quality, and it was overall an awesome experience and I would recommend anyone to come here!

As a contractor it is important for me to work with people and companies that reinforce our customer values. Dustin at End of the roll services our clients with the same care and compassion as us and with our high rating for customer service this is greatly appreciated and highly valued. We use end of the roll for all of our carpet installs and refer the balance there to deal directly with the store and no one has ever been disappointed with quality, value or customer service and we will continue to do Busness with Dustin for years to come

We will never deal with these people again! After finally choosing our tile and carpeting to renovate upstairs and downstsirs we left a $6800 deposit! After 7 days, we chose not to go through with the renovations due to an unforeseen emergency expense! After requesting a refund, being threatened with re-stocking charge and every day under the sun and 4-5 seoarate phone calls we finally received our cheque after driving down to the business on the 14th day! They are very big on grabbing your money not so much returning it after or within the cooling down period!! NEVER AGAIN! We'll go elsewhere when it's time for us to go through the renovations! We are seniors in a fixed income!!???
