Modern and wide selection of flooring tile. Sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing was moderate. Waited over 5.5 weeks to get order to arrive which meant 6 weeks that we could not use our main bathroom. Initially, we were told it would be a week. No one from the company bothered to call us to say there would be an extended delay. On pickup, order was split between two locations so had to wait while half the boxes were recovered from a warehouse. Obviously, customer service needs improvement to ensure a positive experience from beginning to end. This was our first time dealing with Westboro and it may be our last.

When we first purchased our house, the contractor dealt with them,, so every time we went, they offered us great service. Now 10 years down the road, we want to upgrade from carpet to hardwood. If plan on purchasing hardwood or any type of flooring and have you're own contractor do the work don't go there. Even with 1000sq/ft of hardwood floor, they wouldn't even bother with us. I guess most of their profit comes from installation (which would explain why they charge more). Worse service ever. Both my wife and I left with very negative feelings about the place.

You won't find the cheapest prices in town here, but the sales consultants are all very knowledgable decorators who can help you plan a successful home flooring renovation. This is a great place to go if you have a number of options in mind and need some help sorting out the best way to go.
