An absolute excellent company to work with from start to finish. This was our first ever stair reno and so we had no idea what to expect. We met Mario first and he was great. He came in and quoted us within 12 hours. The quote came in $3000 cheaper than another company! That had us a little hesitant. 1. Because of the price difference and 2. Because there were hardly any reviews. We decided to trust him as he was able to offer suggestions and answer our tough questions. Not to mention that he was able to book us two weeks out, instead of the 6 or 7 we thought we'd have to wait. Funda, at the Wasaga Beach location was super sweet, easy to talk too and also offered advice about style. She made the payment process a smooth and easy process. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Matthew ! Matthew came into our home and took such great care of everything. The level of respect that he showed to our home and family was simply amazing. His passion for craftsmanship really showed and his attention to detail was excellent. He was very friendly, kind, thoughtful, humorous and gave great recommendations on some parts of the job that we would never have thought of. He left very little mess each day which I found might have been difficult given that our stairs are large and the central point of our home. Each night he left, we barely noticed any mess. Our stairs turned out BEAUTIFULLY! I will forever have amazing things to say about everyone I had the pleasure of meeting here. It was a scary reno for us to tackle but everyone here was phenomenal. Thank you Global Alliance and team. We are happy that we hired you 😊 HIGHLY recommend!
