It was so easy to buy with them, they offered us everything from installation to a 30 day Money back Guarantee on the difference, if it goes on sale for less. The selection that is offered is amazing! Most of the order was in stock but we did have to wait for the matching moldings to finish the job off.

Was very happy with our order, great price, quality material, salesman negotiated fairly with me, was able to get a better price then listed because of the volume of my purchase (4000 sqft house). For the most part the product was great. A few of the pieces come out damaged or broken but I would say it was only 1 piece broken or damaged for every couple of boxes. No big deal at all. I purchased the beartooth mountain oak solid. It just looks amazing. I would recommend that style to anyone.

Good initial sale, horrendous customer service after. Sold me the wrong bull nose and has taken over a month of back and forth calling to order 2 additional boxes of flooring. Inspect your special orders before leaving with your product and ensure you order extra flooring.
