Excellent service from beginning to end. Mike and Bob could not have done a better job with the full service installation and Trevor was courteous and informative on the sales end. My floor looks incredible. I highly recommend them

I recently had my floors installed by Flooring By Design. The two gentlemen that completed the work were very pleasant and professional. They were very meticulous and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact I posted the completed job on Facebook. The salesperson Trevor was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

We purchased our new home recently and were delighted with the renovations that Flooring by Design completed for us. Trevor joined us for our last walk through before the closing date and took all the necessary measurements. We had a detailed quote in our hands immediately and the work was scheduled to meet our timeline. We took possession of our home, handed over a key to Flooring by Design and the work began the very next day. Total organization from beginning to end. We are so happy with our floors and the excellent customer service we received from the entire staff. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you again Trevor.

We were very happy with our salesperson, Trevor, and ordered Plank Vinyl Flooring for our 473 sf living and fining room. My husband and I are seniors and were very happy with the price quoted and agreed to. Once the installers took up the carpeting, they discovered some damage and advised us that the entire flooring would have to have a plywood sub-floor installed in order the rectify the damage and it would be great well into the future. When quoted the price for the sub-flooring, I was shocked, but there was nothing we could do because the carpeting was gone and we were in a mess. I asked Trevor for a breakdown of the price as far as labour and materials (plywood) and he told me that he would do that. After completion I received a letter from Trevor with pictures of the damage but no breakdown. I then phoned him and advised the the letter didn't give me the breakdown I needed and he told me that he could not give me a breakdown. What? No, he couldn't tell me how much was labour and how much was materials. 21 sf of the damage was insured so I needed the breakdown for them. We were going to have 3 more rooms done but now we can't afford to because the sub-floor ate up most of our budget. After thinking about this lack of breakdown, we will not contract with this company again. So disappointed. *********************************************** Just saw your response and it is greatly embellished. The water damage part of the 473 square feet.........was 21 square feet. The rest of the floor had no water damage. Yes, there was a ridge but they fixed that with the levelling liquid and the sander. All I asked you for when you told me the price, was a breakdown, which you have refused to give me. I can't even get the $100.00 from my insurance company without the breakdown so thanks for that too! You quoted the price when the floor was under construction from your guys, I said go ahead because I had no recourse. All I asked for was a breakdown and you said yes no problem. The letter you sent me was addressing the matter with my insurance company so obviously you thought they were going to pay for the whole thing which of course they would not since the water damage was only 21 square feet of the ENTIRE floor. The only reason you can't give me a breakdown is because you made up the amount when you thought it was going to be an insurance claim. I'm not stupid, I wasn't born yesterday.

Staff is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We borrowed many samples of porcelain tiles before making a decision, which was easy due to the fact that store was open most nights along with Saturday & Sundays. Our salesperson Rianne always greeted us with a smile and her patience was very much appreciated. Very pleased with product and service.
