Would not do business with them ever again! They have great product selection and tons of stores but that means nothing when customer service is not up to par! As a business owner myself , I know how important it is to establish healthy, reliable relationships with customers . I came in to buy flooring for my showroom and the sample in store did not properly portray the product. Apparently it comes in strips and the guy Sam who was working in store failed to explain this. Things happen, I understand . So when I got my flooring delivered (mind you about 900 sq ft) I immediately called the store to inform Sam this isn't what I purchased. He told me if I didn't like the flooring I can drive to Mississauga and return it and come back to him for refund but he will charge a 25% restock fee. When I asked him what if I exchange it, he said since it already left warehouse I will still be charged . I asked to speak to the owner to discuss my options and he told me this is my only option!!! How ridiculous . I then had to call Fusion Flooring myself just to get them to contact Sam to process my return without a fee. When he called me back he was very short and annoyed and me having to return. I would have chosen another product with them had he not of been such a jerk about the situation. He finally offered me to have one of his drivers pickup product to return. Their delivery driver called me at 10pm at night to schedule a delivery for the next morning. He didn't show up until 2pm! This whole sale was a disaster and poor business on their behalf. The girl working front desk was very apologetic and said cases like these are rare , but after going through it myself I would not recommend anyone shop here . Got my floor from Canadian flooring hassle free.

Sam assisted me from the moment I walked in up to the moment my floors were installed. I found him to be very knowledgeable and won't speak with anybody else when I go back for more products.

Delivered wrong product. On return they charged 25% restocking fee + transportation fee back to the warehouse. Transportation was charged with the sale but delivery driver refused to offload unless paid additional $200 to offload causing the customer stress . Extremely unprofessional. Incurred heavy loss on the product. Will never enter this store again. Frustrated with this terrible customer service. The product that I was originally quoted on was through Jone who took the trouble to ensure they were click luxury vinyl and with much patience helped me choose the right one. Check Jone's quote. She also ensured that the delivery was with offloading. When I came to make payment the following week, Sam misunderstood my requirement which was click. He went on to recommend the other product and changed Jone's remarks from with offloading to no offloading - and got me to sign the fresh invoice with the sale against his name instead of Jone. .The original sale is what was needed not the one that Sam changed and the sale should have gone to Jone. To my disadvantage, Jone was not on duty when I went to the store to make the payment against Jone's quote. She needs to get the credit for the original sale not Sam who messed it all up. BOTTOM LINE - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Neil was very helpful initially in guiding me choose the right hardwood and I'm happy with the hardwood quality too. I paid 90$ to get 32 boxes of delivered to my house but the truck guy left the hardwood on the street on a rainy day!! Either Neil should have told me upfront that the truck guy won't deliver the boxes into the house or the truck guy is being lazy and rude. Either ways I had hard time managing to get those boxes inside the house with the help of some neighbors in the new neighborhood I just moved in. Attaching some pics so the future customers are prepared for these kind of hassles.
