We recently made a purchase from the Alexanian Carpet & Flooring (Dufferin) location, we found the experience absolutely amazing. Frank was great at providing us with various options, my husband and I found him very professional and knowledgeable on the various product. He was patient as we went back and forth...so many options, and of course we wanted to make the right decision. We had a issue with the original order, and although it was not the fault of the store, Frank took personal responsibility to ensure that the issue was resolved. I was AMAZED at his exceptional customer service.....he is professional and I would absolutely recommend Alexanian to family and friends. Most importantly we absolutely LOVE our purchase. Thank you Frank and Alexanian.

We recently purchased carpet from the Dufferin store for our upstairs bedrooms. Frank was extremely helpful. As I was unable to go to the store, he brought a number of samples to choose from and assisted us in selecting the one that suited our purpose. In addition, the installers were pleasant, efficient and worked quickly. We will use them again.

Frank made the whole process of vinyl plank flooring selection to installation one of the most enjoyable experiences we’ve had in our fairly lengthy renovation of our condo! He was patient, courteous, helpful and professional in every interaction we had with him! It was clear he wanted us to understand the entire process as his ultimate goal was for us to be really happy with our new floor. As with any renovation it was a challenge to set a date for installation as there were delays along the way but he kept in touch with us to make sure his installers would be available when we were ready. The installers were wonderful! Pleasant, respectful and highly skilled! They cleaned up so well after they finished their day long installation that we couldn’t tell they had been there except that the beautiful new floor had transformed our condo! We are thrilled with how it turned out and thrilled with the service we received from Frank and his installers! We will highly recommend Alexanian (especially Frank’s location) whenever we are asked about our floor!

I recently had new wall to wall carpet installed in a very large bedroom containing a lot of big furniture which had to be moved. I also had a hall and 2 sets of stairs with the spindles done. Both jobs were quite difficult and time consuming. Frank was instrumental in helping me make the right choice and allowed me to bring some sizable samples home to help chose. He came to measure on a stormy night and was professional and accommodating. I am very happy with the finished work. The installers worked very hard and had 2 long 9 hour days. They cleaned up afterwards. Now I feel as though I am walking on a cloud! Thank you Alexanian.

It was a pleasure doing business with Alexanian and with Frank. Excellent customer service combined with product knowledge. I was very pleased with the courteous and accommodating service provided by the company, as well as with Frank, who helped me through the process from beginning to end. I was equally impressed with the staff who installed the carpet. Not only were they quick and clean, they lent a helping hand vacuuming, which they did not need to do. All in all, I would recommend Alexanian's for their top notch service and great price. Thank you!
