We've bought flooring from here on 2 occasions and both times have been fantastic. Customer service is top notch, even when dealing with returns. Deliveries are on time, communication is clear. The prices are very good too. Will be back if we need anything. Ask for Andrew, he's the best. All the employees are great, we just happened to deal with Andrew the most.

While visiting Brampton Hardwood Floors, we decided to quickly pop into this store in the neighborhood. After seeing their customer service and product knowledge, we decided to give them our business. My first interaction was with Maurice, he knew about the product. I had done my due research on the hardwood, brand and features and he was right on the dot. He did not make up any thing but told exactly what I had already known. I bought flooring for a brand new construction being done up north. This was in October. And then last month, we made a second purchase for our own house and this time, I dealt with Andrew. Got great customer service and good price from him too. The best thing about this place, they don't pressure you and answer your questions in a professional manner. Customers like me who walk in to the store with all the research on a product only buy from a merchant who is being honest and truthful. And yes customer service is critical. Andrew and Moe, keep up the good customer service and of course the prices as well. If any one needs home renovation in my circle, I will definitely suggest your store. Good Luck Sunny

Andrew and the staff are laid back. This is not a typical retail environment. Don't expect a polished customer service experience; if you want that, go to a big box store. What you get at FL is authenticity. Andrew treats you like more like a friend than a customer. For me, that is perfect. I prefer sincerity over canned phrases of "welcome" or "come agains". Great selection. Best prices everytime I shop here. An honest effort to make you happy. And, no BS. From another perspective, I've referred my home inspection clients here and have not heard any complaints.

Good selection of products and great customer service. There was an issue when the wrong product was delivered. The guys picked up and dropped off the right product very quickly at their own expense. Highly recommend
