After many years of shopping at this store and always being satisfied with our service, my husband and I had a negative experience with the customer service. This was very quickly and very professionally addressed. We are confident that the appropriate action will be taken to ensure the proper information is relayed to customers as needed in the future. We look forward to continued shopping in this beautiful store!

I love this store, they have the best displays ever. Right when you walk in and to your right is the home decor section and it's always my first stop. The clocks are awesome and I bought one and it's beautiful. The staff are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help you find everything you need. The best Home Hardware store around!

We were rushed cause they closed at a odd time on a Sunday.. it was closing at 3.30 so we had only 10 min to shop what we were looking for and never even found that we found samples we needed to see full counters for kitchens but no time and they lost a good sale
