This location is a real gem. These guys know their stuff. Super friendly and smart. Great deal on carpet and other flooring. They have remnants at amazing prices. The installation guys are equally amazing. Really great workmanship. They all take pride in their work. This is THE place to get your flooring. Best quality and best prices.

Called to ask about turning leftover carpet pieces into mats, and was told there is a $1.50/foot cutting fee, which is fine. Before I hung up, I verified the ends would be tied/bound up, (since, after-all, this is a mat), and the lady told me "no", "that's an extra $1.50 per foot charge". If I had not asked I would have had an incorrect cost. I was also told 4 or 5 times that if the carpet has been used they won't cut it. It was not a straightforward or enjoyable discussion. Definitely will not be taking my business there.

Was willing to spend a fair amount of money replacing carpet and hardwood, however was shocked to find out that you charge a fee to come out and provide a quotation. Alexanian does free quotations. I’ll be more than happy to provide them with my money I would have provided your store. Piece of advice, stop charging people to provide a quote to spend money in your store. Ridiculous. Not to mention I sent an email to the store 4 days ago and was told someone would contact me the next day. Never heard back from anyone.

Got our whole house done by them and after spending thousands of dollars I must say I do not like the job! They did a crappy job on our stairs and when asked to fix the stairs (as you can see the stair underneath) the guy said he will fix it if we pay him more like really??? I'm paying you 13,000 to do your job correct. I was pregnant when we got them done and recently had our son. Our stairs are starting to push up and look horrible also floor is not level in the kitchen and has bumps in it, you think they'd recommend to level it or soemthing? Would not recommend!!!
