Excellent work! Had all hardwood floors in my house refinished. They did a great job, we have had several people ask us who did the work and we are happy to point them in the direction of superior reflections. Finished project in one day and I barely had to clean up behind them as they did a great job blocking things off so sand dust wasn’t going throughout my house. Thanks for a job well done and if we need anything in the future we will not hesitate to hire you again!

As a former realtor I have had extensive experience with flooring "professionals" and Scott is one of the few who actually is. There are some poor reviews on Google but over 200 on home advisor that speak to his work. He did an amazing job, in a timely manner for an excellent price. Highly recommend for any flooring job.

Avoid! I wish I would have trusted the one star reviews. Gave them a shot because they were the lowest quote and it turned into a nightmare.

Nightmare! I had some scheduling issues with them. Scott told me he would be here one day, and never showed up. No call, no e-mail, nothing! I was in a time crunch to have my floors refinished because I just bought the house and needed to move in. I did not want to do this project after all of my furniture was in place. Scott assured me it would be done by my move in date. Garbage was left on my front lawn for me to clean up, They took the panel off of my electrical box to plug their machines into and left it in pieces on the floor when they were finished. After writing an initial review, Scott called me and was very upset about it. We agreed I would take them down and came to the conclusion it was all miscommunication. Then, he had the nerve to ask me to "bump him up" to a 4.5 star rating before the project was finished! What?! They did do a good job with the sanding and staining of my floors, but that's all they did. No polyurethane . Just left raw wood exposed. I was a little concerned, so I asked Scott and he assured me that they did put a coat of poly on. Still skeptical, I consulted another professional (in case I was mistaken) and he agreed there was no polyurethane on my floors. Just stain. This created a HUGE inconvenience, as I had to rearrange my whole house and apply the polyurethane myself. Needless to say, I was WAY overcharged for a sanding and a coat of stain. HORRIBLE customer service, and they're liars. I absolutely would NOT recommend these guys at all.

Google Superior Reflections Flooring on the NY BBB - they have an "F" rating. In my case I gave the owner, Scott Maley, $3600 deposit toward materials for putting in hardwood flooring in Feb 2015. He cancelled starting the project 11 times. He gave every excuse you could imagine including telling us his father passed away. We were patient as we felt bad for Scott. He lied, his father is alive. What kind of person lies about their father being dead???? I had to sue him and won the judgement (in Monroe county public records in 2016) but he wont return the $. STAY AWAY from Superior Reflections!
