Worst job ever

We had Kings do a install for us $6600.00 we have never experienced a problem like this before, cracking and spliting from the get go, one month after install had to come to do a repair, installer could not fix it had to tear uo 300 sq ft again and relay , now less than 1year 3 more cracks and lifting, Nick refuses to help us says nothing he can do, I know they have a lot of 5 stars but be very careful with this company , SHOP AROUND I wish they had a minus option

We had a large flooring project that would result in two thirds of the house being renovated. After many trips to various ‘big box’ stores and not receiving answers to our questions it was recommended we tried King’s Flooring in Oshawa. We live in Pickering so we decided to call the location. Within a day we had Matt at the house with many samples and ideas for flooring based on our existing decor. Matt patiently measured and offered us an extremely competitive price. In a few days we were in store to leave a deposit and we were pleasantly surprised that Nick sharpened his pencil and gave us a further discount that we didn’t even ask for. The installation was scheduled for the following Monday (few days). Dreading the disruption, we were pleasantly surprised. Installer Brent and his team were barely noticed. They were cautious of the pets and worked around our hectic work schedules. The work was completed faster than we expected. The work was outstanding. Excellent service from start to finish and better pricing than the big box stores.

We had new hardwood installed .The all Canadian product quality was very. The installers Bill and his son John exceeded our expectations .The attention to detail at transitions and around the fireplace demonstrated their true craftsmanship. Very professional.

Hello Nic, I have been meaning to write to thank you for the lovely merlot ash wood floor and stairs The great job laying the floor in my house was more than I expected. Bill the installer paid detailed attention to making sure that all the finishing was done well. The floors were done on time and everything was left clean and tidy. The new stairs are so pretty and go well with the newly installed stainless steel and glass bannister. I recommend your company to anyone who wants a professional job done, by company and installers that treats your home as if it were their own. And of course the price was just right.
