We visited about 10 flooring stores to find the perfect luxury vinyl for our new home. We found that other stores had either a pushy salesperson or someone knowledgeable about product but not about customer service. We were so glad when we finally went to Alexanians (on Merivale. We didn't love our experience at the other location.) We were fortunate to meet with JOHN H., who is EXCEPTIONAL at his job. He's patient, knowledgeable, thorough, punctual without ever being pushy. He communicates well and is dedicated to customer satisfaction. He completely understood our needs and quickly found the product we wanted, got it ordered and set up the job. He even helped us with an excellent carpet suggestion, which we were stuck on. John's measurements were far more precise than any of the other flooring stores whom we had to compare to. The carpet installation was fantastic. We had a tricky, floating staircase, and the team didn't have any challenges with it. Pros! While there was a minor issue with the vinyl installation, the team was quick to identify the issue, suggest a remedy to Alexanians' manager, who quickly put the wheels in motion to get the issue fixed. All done now! Thank you!

Thank you to Charles and the carpet Crew! The carpet looks like it is all one piece! The quality of the carpet is awesome! I’m so grateful to Alexanian Carpet on Merivale for their expert craftsmanship. The installation was completed so quickly and with such care and excellence.

This store is amazing, I have Been searching everywhere for the flooring of my new Spa and I am more then satisfied with the service I’ve received! I called for information and had an incredible service from the sales associate. I went there and met the new manager and I am impressed by their kindly approach! I will be receiving my order next week and can’t wait to do more business with this company! I recommend it to all.

I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be mentioned! I had an amazing experience with this store, from the moment I stepped into the store I was met with a warm greeting and the salesperson that served me exceeded my needs. Furthermore, I got the chance to meet the manager who was very friendly and answered all my remaining inquiries!

Lack of Responsibility!! They installed around 1300 sq.ft. of flooring at my house but failed to inform me that I would have a half inch to inch gap under all my door frames and door jams, There was over an inch jump where the transition strips they provided me would not be able to be installed. I have never installed floors which is why I wanted to go somewhere with experience but it seemed like they just want to do the job and get paid, instead of dealing with the issues i had; buying blocks to add to the frames to cover the gaps and finding and hiring a contractor to fix the door jams, which put me out of pocket hundreds of dollars. The floor installers did a good job, i feel the issue is more with the in-store staff. A disappointing experience...
