Floors Direct North - Thornhill

Very good and reliable. Owner was very helpful and nice

From Ben, the lovely, kind owner, who a very knowledgeable, experienced, & very visible owner who is hands on with customers & makes personal visits himself to do the measures & make sure the project is going well, to their wonderfully organized, friendly & very hard working store manager Faisal, in the Thornhill showroom (who was incredibly patient putting up with my gazillion questions!), to the fantastic hardwood & carpet installers, they are a patient, wonderful team of honest professionals with very personalized service, who never pressure or push you, and greet you on a first name basis, like you’re their friend, who care more about meeting your true flooring needs & in your budget, than upselling you on products you don’t need just for the sake of them trying to make more money. They made me feel as though I was their ONLY client, paying great attention to me throughout the project, always making sure I was happy. They go the extra mile for you, giving you lots of “extras” at no charge, which is a nice touch from a customer service/retention standpoint. Reasonable prices, value added service. Great customer service, very well run, organized, efficient & hard working company from the top down, with extremely hard working, caring installers. My project went smoothly without a hiccup, and everyone from Ben, Faisal to the great installers all treated me like gold. An excellent experience from start to finish, and I will highly, highly recommend to everyone I know. I LOVE my new hardwood on the main fl & in my kitchen reno, hardwood on my stairway, patterned stair runner & hall carpeting, and have had so many compliments on it from friends & family, who all think it looks stunning. With your help, my home has been transitioned from a dated, tired looking space into a classy, updated one that I'm now proud to show off!. Thank you to Ben, Faisal, Tran, Tom, Ridvan for all your hard work!!!! You guys are amazing & unique among others I experienced in the flooring industry.

Excellent service. I am thrilled with the entire experience. What a beautiful installation job. The best in the biz. Reliable, efficient, quality and honest. Thank you!!!

Exceptional customer service, lovely and friendly people. They're truly knowledgeable and care about your needs rather than just selling. Their prices are very reasonable and you'll feel amazing dealing with them. 10/10... totally recommended

Staff is helpful, patient, and honest. They give you more flooring than you need but are willing to take back what you don't use up. Their prices are reasonable with great customer service and genuine concern for your happiness with your flooring. They are not snobby like some other places and yet they do carry high end products.
