The crew was great (obviously very experienced) and did a fantastic job refinishing my old floors. And, Liz Smith was so helpful in working with me to choose the right stain color to match the age of my house (1931) and later talking me through my last-minute decision panic! The grain of the wood just jumps out, and I love it. I felt very supported and could not be happier with the results.

We are especially pleased, delighted with the work of Tom and his crew of Matt, Ali Corey and Abdul; and the rest of their team. Excellent quality, thoughtful, considerate, competent, hardworking, professional, down to the last detail. Highly recommend!

Flatout Flooring did a great job refinishing the strip oak flooring in my victorian home. They came to work on time and finished the work on schedule and on budget. I am always a bit picky about who I let work on my house and the quality that I expect, but Flatout Flooring met my expectations fully - I am very happy with the results.

Installed tiles and hardwood for me, the tile installation was very good, the hardwood installation was exceptional, wow! The price was very competitive, would use them again and recommend them to others.

I chose Flatout Flooring because of their excellent reviews, and I was not disappointed! Melinda came to the house with hardwood samples, patiently answered my many questions via email, and her recommended flooring choice looks terrific. Irfan installed the floor with skill and care. He has a pleasant personality, and he allowed me to watch and ask questions and generally get in his way while he worked, without complaint. The floor looks great, Irfan! Thanks for making the installation a good experience on account of your attention to detail and your good people skills. Very happy with my new floor!
