We needed a carpet runner for our stairs. Cody and Justin were super helpful in explaining the options. Cody even rushed the binding process to fit our timeline, and delivered the runner to our place! Thanks bunches!

Customer service severely lacking. A lot of miscommunication and time delays. Suggest you hold payment until you are happy with the finish product. Was given the run around and absolutely no one stepped up to complete the job right. We chose this company to do the carpets because of the great reviews, we should have done more research.

customer service was great and they gave me a great deal on carpet. Installers however, scratched my newly painted walls during installation. Nothing I can't fix but still annoying. Make sure you stress about being more careful during installation

We walked in with only a rough sketch with measurements in inches of a complex (twists and turns) of steps and landings etc. The owner quickly figured out how much carpet was required with little wastage. The installers came two days later and excellent work was efficiently done with no damage to baseboards etc despite the tightness and complexity of the work area. Thanks for work well done.

Carpet was good quality. In store experience, quote and contractors for install were all good. Value was better than home depot in this case when you actually compare all the costs (they bury their install costs in underpadding and the carpet, then advertise free install!). I would recommend. They can work with your budget and recommend appropriately
