Still in parking lot and feel the need to leave a review. I went in asking to see real hardwood options. The man started telling me about engineered hardwood. I said I was only interested in actual solid wood. He got a bewildered look on his face and said 'we don't have much of that. It's not popular anymore'. He showed me one very very small and limited rack of hardwood. He told me 'no one's doing solid hardwood anymore', which is frankly untrue. Hardwood is timeless. This is not a 'great' flooring showroom at all.

Always a pleasure when coming to the store. Excellent customer service from Sean and all we encounter when we come here

I have found there pricing competitive and their customer service has been fantastic! Tyler, in particular, has been very prompt to respond to all of my questions, via email, phone and in person.

A horrible customer service experience. Very disappointing outcome to an expensive job that we were guaranteed would work. We are still living with the problem almost a year later. Very very disappointed! Now they are forcing us to go to court to rectify an already bad situation. We are sad it turned out this way when it didn't have to...

Very disapointed in the lack of service. Walked around while all staff sat behind the counter talking. We were not the only customers in the store getting the same experience. We did go and ask for help then were quickly shown where it was no gesture to help us just went back to sit down. As a first time in this store in a while i say we will not return.
