Purchased flooring from BreezeWood twice and both experiences were excellent. Don was extremely helpful and responsive to questions. Quality product and great service.

Very happy with Breezewood from beginning to end! Don was very helpful in answering any questions we had regarding instillation, finishes, etc. We installed around 800 sqft (our whole main living area, including the kitchen). We decided to go with Hard Maple - Reactive. I liked the idea of the matte finish because they don't show foot prints - at all!! They clean up really nicely as well. We over estimated how much we needed so instead of returning the remaining boxes (I believe you can return up to 3 unopened boxes within a month), we're going to re-do our stairs! Can't wait! *Delivery service was great as well!

We purchased the Ultra matte bevelled Woodland Engineered flooring and couldn't be happier. It provides a classic dark floor look. We installed it ourselves and it was easy enough to do. Thomas at Breezewood was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating to all of our questions. Overall a pleasant experience.

Currently in our second house where we've used breeze. First house included 800sf of rustic hickory... I forget the colour. This house we're doing is 1000sf of classic and better white ash in a smokehouse colour. We've chosen to place the floor ourselves both times with the detailed info provided and have had great success. With proper prep, the wood floors are solid and creak free. I do have to say a humidifier in the central hvac system is key, and that we've gone with a regular uv cured finish each time..... no oil finishes. Very happy with this product and supplier.

We are still holding out hope that our issue will be solved satisfactorily, but it doesn't look like it's going to turn out that way, so I'm here now to tell my story! Let me tell you a very brief version... We installed the XL Rustic Hard Maple flooring with an oil finish at the strong recommendation by Don (in Kitchener) that it would be timeless, easy to maintain & clean (we have three young boys), and durable....it has been a major disappointment!!!!! We did our entire main floor with the wood (almost 1000sf). We initially chose Breezewood Floors because we wanted to support a local company and loved the look of the wood and the long boards. Within months of installation (over a brand new sub floor by a professional flooring installer), our floor developed HUGE gaps, significant creaking (that extra brad nails on the surface of the wood can't even fix), and is impossible to clean due to the oil finish (foot prints EVERYWHERE...). We have had 5 different flooring professionals and contractors in to inspect it and give opinions and they can't believe the quality of the wood. One commented that it was just 'too green' to be milled and simply wasn't ready. All of them said they haven't seen a brand new floor with this many issues... Well...the Custom XL has no warranty on it and since we didn't tell Breezewood during installation, we have absolutely NO recourse with them. (We couldn't tell them during installation because the issues didn't start coming up until after and they are progressively getting worse!) They are doing nothing for us and are now ignoring all attempts to contact them. This is so disappointing and maddening. We could've gone with a major 'big box' flooring distributor for a fraction of the cost, but decided to pay a premium and are regretting it every day! A floor makes a huge statement about a home, and ours is making the wrong statement!!! Beware!!!!!!
